Volunteer Opportunity
Join us on Friday, August 1st from 1:30-4:30pm at Rethreaded to help prepare upcycled materials for their transformative manufacturing training programs. This Jacksonville nonprofit creates new beginnings for women escaping trafficking by providing meaningful employment opportunities. Their talented artisans craft beautiful scarves, suede jewelry, and handcrafted home goods, with each purchase supporting survivors on their journey to independence.
You'll spend the afternoon helping prepare materials that directly support job training programs for trafficking survivors, working on Rethreaded's covered front deck (dress comfortably for outdoor weather). You'll have the opportunity to learn more about Rethreaded's mission, human trafficking awareness, and understand how your volunteer work creates lasting change. There will also be an opportunity to browse the Rethreaded gift shop, where every purchase directly supports survivors.
It'll be a fun afternoon where you'll get to accomplish something meaningful, connect with other women and make a powerful impact in our world. This event is open to women aged 18 and above.
